When do we need to send out our invitations?
As a general guide, invitations should be sent out at least six weeks before the wedding. However, many couples find that it eases the stress if they give themselves 10-12 weeks, as this allows final numbers to be confirmed for catering. Furthermore it has become generally accepted that if your wedding date coincides with school holidays, you will need to give guests early notice and you may require 'save the date' cards for this purpose.
What quantities will we need to order?
You will not need to order one invite per guest, as many of your guests will be couples. So remember to take this into account when calculating numbers. With Orders of Service most couples order one between two for their guests. However this is personal choice. With regard to menus it is best to discuss your requirements with us, as there are several options.
How long will our order take?
We recommend you order 6-8 weeks before you require receipt of your invites. However, if you need to receive your order in a shorter timescale, please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your needs if possible.
What do your prices include?
All prices, where applicable, include a colour-matched envelope. Inserts and your choice of wording are included in the price of invitations, order of service and menus. Place names are supplied blank, but can be printed or handwritten for an additional cost. Please see our price guide for each of the ranges. Postage and packaging is not included. We send all our orders Special Delivery for your peace of mind. The cost of this service varies according to weight, but as a rough guide, 60-80 invites costs approximately £7.50. This cost will be included on your final invoice.
How do I pay?
On confirmation of the order we will require a cheque for a 50% deposit. The balance will be required when the order has been completed.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Due to the personalised nature of wedding stationery, once an order has been completed it is non-transferable. For this reason all monies received are non-refundable. Please see our terms and conditions.
