Terms and Conditions
- Magenta Designs Wedding Stationery is individually hand-crafted and
consequently there may be some differences between each item. Where handmade
papers or fabrics are used, there may be slight variations in the texture
or colour. Where
techniques of layering are used there may be slight disparity between
the measurements or placing of the objects as everything is crafted and
set by hand.
- There is no minimum order quantity.
- 50% of the total cost of the order is required when the order is accepted.
The remaining 50% is due prior to delivery of your Wedding Stationery. Personalised
Wedding Stationery is made to meet your exact requirements and personal
details and therefore cancellations will have to be paid for in full.
- Payments are to be made by cash or cheque only.
- Once your order has been accepted, we will send a proof copy for your
approval – all details should be checked with care and amendments
made upon the proof. (We regret that we are unable to accept verbal amendments.)
- Lead times for orders will be confirmed on receipt of your order. This
will usually be 6 weeks, but we do recommend ordering 8 – 10 weeks
before delivery is required.
- All Magenta Designs Wedding Stationery includes, where relevant, the
envelopes and the inserts.
- Orders of Service are printed on all four sides of insert paper. If
additional sheets are required an extra charge will be made.
- Once you have agreed your service details with the church / venue we
request that you set out your exact requirements in writing or electronically – guidance
will be provided.
- Place cards are provided fully decorated with space for you to write
the names of your guests. Alternatively, we are happy to print your
guests’ names for an additional 25p per place card.
- We are happy to include your guests’ names on invitations
and reply cards for a small additional charge – please enquire when
placing your order.
- A leaflet detailing wording options for your invites will be sent along
with your order form. There are traditional and modern options available.
- All orders are subject to stock availability. In the event of a
supplier making alterations to their products, every effort will be made
to find a suitable alternative.
Postage and packaging is not included. We send all our orders Special
Delivery for your peace of mind. The cost of this service varies according
to weight, but as a rough guide, 60 – 80 invites costs approximately £7.50. This
cost will be included on your final invoice.
